Dominika Montean has come across her old diary. She was writing it in the last years of her primary school, describing problems and adventures of herself and her three friends – Anka, Ula and Agawa. Now, after fifteen years, she is trying to find them and check whether an old-time friendship has endured the test of time. It is also a story about making of a documentary film. A film study under the supervision of Andrzej Fidyk and Maciej Pieprzyca.

Graduated from English Philology at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and film making at the University in Silesia in Katowice, Poland. Her graduation film “Say Something” presented at many festivals won the awards for the Best Directing and Photography on 14 International Festival SMOFI 2004 in Krakow and for the Best Male Actor on the Warsaw Festival “Film Tomorrow” in 2005. She is also the author of documentaries and other short films. Her newest film “Exit Author” was presented on the XXXI Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, Poland.
