FOURTEEN DAYS. THE BYDGOSZCZ PROVOCATION
POLISH TITLE: 14 DNI. PROWOKACJA BYDGOSKA
On old, scratched films there are the faces of Zbigniew Bujak, Jacek Kuroń, Lech Wałęsa. You can hear the rattle of a film projector. A fragment of a 1981 TV material, a piece of propaganda about the Bydgoszcz conflict. Later on, original materials filmed back then. ‘We were filming to tell the truth, then we hid the material quickly so that it didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Now we think it’s time to face the history and our memory’ say the authors of the materials.
