AMISH

Jacob and Anita – an Amish couple – came to Poland a few years ago. The clash between American ideas of our country and reality turned out much more difficult then they had thought. ‘poles do not know who the Amish are, so they treat us as weirdos’, says Jacob. But they are not going to leave. Together with their six children, who were all born in Poland, they seem a happy family.
