In this portrayal of the mentally disabled and at the same time a documentary about overcoming prejudice and resentments the narrative axis is a short feature film, Way to Understanding, made by the members of the Gliwice Film Club ‘Wrota’ together with a group of disabled persons. Another Film shows the power of the cinema. A film therapy workshop is an excellent opportunity to overcome all the barriers and establish contact with another human being to learn about their world.

Director and journalist, graduate of the Andrzej Wajda School. She makes documentaries for the Polish Television Centre in Katowice, for TVP1, TVP2 and the Polonia television channel. Her films Citizen Dorotka (2009) and The Stubborn Desire to Live (2011) have been awarded at festivals and competitions.
