THE PROTAGONIST OF "TWO WORLDS" AWARDED IN THE USA

On September 18, ended Harlem Film Festival in the USA. The jury gave the award to the protagonist of the documentary film "Two Worlds."

Laura Gontarczyk  was given the Most Remarkable Young Person on Screen award. 'Two Worlds" is a documentary portrait of a family in which the parents are deaf, and their daughter Laura can hear. It is the 12-year-old Laura who is our guide through their lives. Non-typical lives, but at the same time ordinary like the life of every family.

This year, 99 films from 37 countries were shown at Harlem Film Festival. "Two Worlds" have been recently given the Best Feature Documentary award at Rhode Island Film Festival in the USA. Earlier, the film was shown at  the festival in Krakow and at AFI DOCS in Washington, D.C.
