POLISH DOCUMENTARIES AT CPH:DOX

The complete program of this year's CPH:DOX festival has just been announced. As many as four Polish productions and co-productions have been invited - Lea Golb's "Apolonia, Apolonia", Jakub Piątek's Pianoforte, Elwira Niewiera and Piotr Rosołowski's The Hamlet Syndrome, and Hanka Nobis' Polish Prayers.

CPH:DOX is a celebration of cinema organised in Copenhagen since 2003. It's considered the world's third largest documentary film event. The program usually features approximately 200 of the most interesting productions from all over the globe. The event doesn't only attract Danish audiences. Every year numerous foreign guests and major artists visit the city.

A total of three Polish productions will appear in various special sections. Pianoforte by Jakub Piątek will be screened in the Sound&Vision section, The Hamlet Syndrome by Elwira Niewiera and Piotr Rosołowski and Apolonia, Apolonia by Lea Glob in the Highlights section, while Polish Prayers by Hanka Nobis – in Change Makers.
