POLISH FILMMAKERS AT IDFACADEMY
Another IDFAcademy will take place during the festival between November 16th - 19th. Two filmmakers from Poland were accepted this year: Małgorzata Prociak and Natalia Dołgowska.
IDFAcademy is an intensive four-day training program for emerging documentary filmmakers and producers from Europe, which gives them the opportunity to meet a broad spectrum of highly esteemed documentary professionals who are willing to share their knowledge of the industry. During the training, the participants gain up-to-date market knowledge of the documentary industry and become street-smart about the current trends in documentary filmmaking.
IDFAcademy is open to a maximum of 100 participants. This year two people from Poland were invited to take part in the program: Małgorzata Prociak, producer at the ZK Studio Sp. z o.o. and artist and director Natalia Dołgowska.
