NEW FILM PROJECT BY ELWIRA NIEWIERA AND PIOTR ROSOŁOWSKI TO BE FEATURED AT MASTER'S PITCH
Women&War, a Polish-German co-production from the acclaimed directorial duo Elwira Niewiera and Piotr Rosołowski, has been selected as one of just seven projects to be presented at DOK.forum's Master's Pitch.
Held as part of DOK.fest München, DOK.forum serves as a meeting point for the German-speaking documentary film industry and a gateway for professionals seeking European collaborators. Its Marketplace showcases up to 40 selected projects, which take part in pitching sessions on stage, Roundtables, and one-to-one meetings – all designed to foster connections with leading international experts, including producers, broadcasters, distributors, festival programmers, funding bodies, and sales agents.
The Master's Pitch itself is reserved for a select group of only seven documentary projects, each presented before an audience comprising filmmakers, producers, sales agents, and key figures from major broadcasters and platforms. These projects receive expert feedback aimed at bolstering their development and encouraging meaningful industry dialogue.
Among this select group is Women&War, the latest project from Elwira Niewiera and Piotr Rosołowski. The film will be a Polish-German co-production.
