KIEV FROM DAWN TILL DUSK
POLISH TITLE: KIJÓW OD ŚWITU DO ZMIERZCHU
The concept of this film, which is also part of the project 'The World From Dawn Till Dusk', unlike in other pictures, draws on the legendary film by Marek Piwowski, The Cruise. The characters were invited on board of a ship that is sailing down the Dnieper. They include an Orthodox priest, oligarch, young musicians, an old war veteran and a young couple just before the wedding. Topics and issues chop and change revealing a funny and, at the same time, warm portrait of the city. The film was made under the artistic supervision of Jacek Bławut, Marcel Łoziński and Vita Żelakeviciute.
