Film “The Fourth Man” is a confession of Zbigniew Balcerzak. It is his personal remorse for sins from his life which he has kept secret for nearly entire life. The film is divided into three parts: Winter, Summer, Archive. Winter is the time when Zbyszek is alone and he shares with us his thoughts on life. Summer is the time when he works with Afro-American Gustaw who wants to save up some money for studying. The Archive is an étude of Katarzyna Klimkiewicz from 1997.
