“A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE” WINS IN THE UK

Even though it has premiered several years ago, Andrzej Cichocki's film still amazes international jurors. This time, the documentary was awarded at the Barnes Film Festival in the UK.

Barnes Film Festival was founded in 2016 by Sam Cullis. The event features the most interesting productions from the UK as well as acclaimed and award-winning films from around the world. Its organisers put diversity, passion, and creativity at the forefront. In addition to film screenings, participants can attend workshops, discussions, and industry events. 

Andrzej Cichocki's film won this year in the category of best international short documentary. A Little Bit of Paradise is a documentary story on the verge of reality and fairy tale It's a film about a Silesian family. In an out-of-the-way corner of a metropolis, they reveal their world to the viewer and share moments from their lives, which are inextricably related to the natural environment around them.
