Beata Bartecka
Curator, writer and editor focused on typography, graphic design and photography. She has curated numerous visual arts and design exhibitions in collaboration with institutions such as BWA Wrocław, BWA Jelenia Góra, the City of Warsaw, the Museum of Pan Tadeusz, the Polish Institute in Prague and TIFF Festival. Co-authorof the award-winning photobook How to Look Natural in Photos (2021), created with Łukasz Rusznica, honored with the Wroclaw Artistic Award and the main prize for Photographic Publication of the Year, and shortlisted for Les Rencontres d’Arles and the Singapore International Photography Festival.A recipient of the Wroclaw Art Award, a Polish Film Institute screenwriting scholarship, and a Ministry of Culture and National Heritage scholarship.
