"INVISIBLE" AWARDED IN ALBANIA

The documentary film by Zofia Pręgowska was awarded at the recently finished Tirana International Film Festival.

Tirana IFF in Albania was held for the thirteenth time this year. "Invisible" by Zofia Pręgowska was chosen the best short documentary film. The jury appreciated the film for its subtle, but at the same time emotional depiction of the personality, passion and determination of the 90-year-old poetess.

The protagonist of the film "Invisible" is a blind poet Ms Krystyna. The film is set in a tiny flat in Warsaw, which Ms. Krystyna cannot leave on her own because of her health.  Forced to rely on others, she incessantly comments the surrounding world by writing poetry.
