The filmmakers accompanied Joanna Jędrzejczyk – a multiple UFC champion, who at her time conquered the world of female MMA – for four years. In order to stay on top, she has to constantly confront consecutive opponents and her own body, forced into superhuman effort all the time. ‘And Still’ reveals what happens behind the scenes during fights of modern gladiators, shows bluntly blood, sweat and tears as well as overwhelming loneliness, which mark the path to global success in sports.
