AGNIESZKA ZWIEFKA'S NEW FILM PROJECT SELECTED FOR CPH:FORUM

The list of projects qualified for this year's CPH:FORUM has been announced. The new project developed by Agnieszka Zwiefka, Words We Never Say is among the selected submissions.

CPH:FORUM is an industry event that accompanies the CPH:DOX festival in Copenhagen. Each year, approximately 40 projects are accepted across several categories, which this year include: Art, Cinema, F:Act, Fictiononfiction, Science, Change, and CPH:WIP.

CPH:FORUM attracts not only documentary and fiction film directors but also journalists, activists, and visual artists seeking financial support and international market partners. Each production company may submit a maximum of two projects either in development or early production stages.

Directed by Agnieszka Zwiefka, Words We Never Say explores the relationship between a mother and daughter. Against the backdrop of rising far-right sentiment, the women find themselves on opposite sides of an escalating political divide. They embark on a journey across Poland and Europe, recreating their past disputes in a film studio—a creative fusion of documentary road movie and fiction.
