DRAGON FORUM 2011 – NEW DEADLINE FOR PROJECTS
The organizers of the next edition of Dragon Forum, that is, International Academy of the Document in the middle of Europe and the pitching at the Krakow Film Festival announced the call for documentary films.
Dragon Forum is held each year, and it includes workshop sessions devoted to documentary film projects, as well as the pitching, ending the workshops. However, the forthcoming edition of the Dragon Forum, as the organizers say, will be widened to include additional initiatives, in this way becoming the International Academy of the Document, intensely active in the field of the development of the documentary production.
International Academy of the Document, being the main course of Dragon Forum 2011, offers professional development of film project under the supervision of eminent documentary film makers and international experts as well as presentation of the project at the international forum for editors ordering TV shows from television stations from all around the world.
The main points of Dragon Forum 2011 include, among others, the scriptwriting session in January in Warsaw, production session in April in Budapest and pitching in Krakow in the last week of May during the Krakow Film Festival.
The course is intended for the film makers who have a well-developed idea for a documentary with an international potential.
